1. We invest in your land.
SMEA evaluates your land. In case the eavluation is positive for the wind energy production, SMEA will propose you to install one or more wind generators on your site at its own expense and will pay you an annual rent. You will be free to continue cultivating your land.
Thanks to its team of technicians and experts, SMEA will arrange the necessary authorizations, the installation works and will require the connection to the national power grid.
2. We invest in your land together.
SMEA evaluates your land. In case the eavluation is positive for the wind energy production, SMEA will propose you to install one or more wind generators on your site at its own expense and will pay you an annual ren. You will be free to continue cultivating your land.
In addition you may invest in one or more generators provided by SMEA at a highly competitive cost - contractually determined. Thanks to its team of technicians and experts, SMEA will arrange the necessary authorizations, the installation works and will require the connection to the national power grid. SMEA will also provide a financial support if necessary.
3. You invest in your land.
If you think your site can produce wind energy, you can choose to invest in your land.
SMEA will provide you:
- Consulting services about the generator type;
- Wind turbine supply with grid connection;
- Technical assistance and annual maintenance;
- Documentation and support for the licensing procedure;
- Documentation and support for the connection to the national power grid;
- Documentation and support for government benefits;
- Financial support.
4. You want to invest but you do not have land
If you want to invest in renewable energy but you do not have a land to install one or more wind generators, SMEA can find you the land to install generators and produce energy.
- Land for rent (positively evaluated for energy production);
- Consulting services about the generator type;
- Wind turbine supply with grid connection;
- Technical assistance and annual maintenance;
- Documentation and support for the licensing procedure;
- Documentation and support for the connection to the national power grid;
- Documentation and support for government benefits;
- Financial support.
