SMEA has a wide range of tubular and lattice towers anemometer.
To better meet the needs of its customers, offering:
- Production of tubular towers with height ranging from 10 to 60 meters of galvanized steel, made according to international standards IEC 61400. SMEA Towers®.
- Supply of tubular towers NRG and NEXGEN.
- Supply of guyed lattice towers with a height from 30 to 120 meters according to IEC 61400 and Eurocode, produced by TV95, SMEA's partener.
- Suplly of self-supporting lattice towers to control the wind farm with height from 30 to 120 meters, produced by TV95, SMEA 's partener.
- Suplly of telescopic towers made of anodized alluminium from 5 to 40 meters, self installing.
- Construction of any type of boom according to IEC 61400 for any tipy of sensors.
- Suplly and installation of solar power stations for the construction of photovoltaic farms.
All TUBULAR TOWERS are designed to withstand Class 1 wind, are constructed of galvanized steel pipe of high quality according to DIN and hot galvanized; this process ensures resistance to corrosion than 20 years.
The towers come with certificates of origin and quality of materials and all documents needed for the installation.
Towers are installed without any foundation work but simply driven into the ground with appropriate anchirs.
LATTICE TOWERS: SMEA is the official distributor for Italy of TV95 products, TV95 is a Spanish company leader in the production of towers for telecom and wind energy.
All lattice towers are made according to the requirements of Eurocode for what they are metallic structures.
Towers are installed without the use of concrete, but simply anchored to the ground through the use of steel plates buried in order to simplify and minimize bureaucracy. It's enougth a simply DIA or SCIA.
Towers are made according to the parameters of large wind speeds and loads of cie, so they can be installed in mountainous and very cold with strong winds.
Types:
SERIES 1: winds of 180km/h (50m/s)
SERIES 2: winds of 150km/h (42m/s)
SERIES 3: winds of 120km/h (33m/s)
